I'll be upfront - I missed Outbreak online whilst so passionate over Resident Evil, despite trying my best to connect online. It was a missed realization of my childhood, but I've finally had a chance to recoup that and it was all worthwhile, it's a blast. Installation Steps

Download the following memory card file, which contains the DNS sever information preconfigured along with all unlocks, and extract it to memcard folder in the emulator directory: {LINK REMOVED}

Launch the PCSX application as an adminstrator and activate/enable 'CLR_DEV9.7z' in Config>Dev9 for the networking emulation. Additionally, in Config>Dev9>Plugins Settings>Options, set 173.198.207.99 at the DNS1 IP section.
Program the preferred input of any controller via Config>Pad
Launch either of the ISO's with the plugin (7) and memory card provided (6), proceeding to Network Play to login to the private sever with Obsrv username/password from 5

Warning 2: Trying to implement the obsolete instructions for network emulation - either WinPCap or the TAP Method - may conflict with the new plugin, which is very much simplified in comparison, method.
