| 'Cool n Quiet' doesnt work in Windows 7 RC does it? I enabled both Cool N Quiet and Quiet fan in Bios and my computer still sounds like a jet engine. When i select the power plan of the 'energy saving mode' of the motherboard, the cpu down clocks to around about 1000mhz with a 40% maximum frequency.
