I received a B.S. in Business Administration from University of Florida, Gainesville, in 1986. I received a J.D. from University of California, Davis, in 1989. There, I was a member of the U.C. Davis Law Review. I also served as judicial extern for Judge Raul A. Ramirez, United States District Court, Eastern District of California.
I served for one year as an associate with Cummins & White, a law firm in Los Angeles, doing personal injury defense and and insurance litigation. In 1992, I left Crosby, Heafey and started my own law firm. I specialize in civil litigation involving commercial disputes, business litigation, trademark, and copyright litigation. I have represented over five hundred clients and litigated over one thousand commercial lawsuits.
